TERMS & CONDITIONS

BAGGAGE:
Tour price includes baggage handling of two pieces of luggage, per person, upon arrival and departure and at each hotel, including golf bags.
NOTE: There is a handling fee of for each additional bag and for "extra heavy" bags. Carry-on baggage, purses and shopping purchases are not included in handling. Baggage, golf clubs and personal effects are carried at the owners risk throughout the program.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Deposits are nonrefundable. From 120 days before departure, the balance of trip payment is due and nonrefundable. Tour cost is based on the exchange rate of the Euro currently in effect as of June 15, 2009 and is subject to change. Notification of cancellation must be in writing. Refunds will not be made for unused sightseeing, meals, or independent excursions.

IMMEDIATE HOTEL CHECK-IN:
IBS requests early check-in at The Merrion Hotel due to eastbound transatlantic flights morning arrivals, but cannot guarantee this service due to occupancy the previous night. If you require immediate access to your room, please inform us and plan an additional room night.

NOT INCLUDED:
Air travel; cost of travel insurance for trip cancellation, health, baggage insurance; room service, laundry; telephone charges; alcoholic beverages other than those offered; spa treatments; optional excursions such as fishing, horse back riding and associated transportation; golf buggies, caddies or greens fees; deviations from scheduled tour; or gratuity to our driver/guide.

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
To secure participation, a $2,000 per person non-refundable deposit check is required, payable to Ireland Behind The Scenes. The non-refundable balance of the cost of the trip is due 120 days from date of departure. All Major Credit cards are accepted on the balance only and incur a 3.5% service fee. If a reservation is made within 120 days of departure, the entire cost must be paid at the time of confirmation. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts the Terms And Conditions.
NOTE: If less than 10 passengers are traveling, a supplement will be charged. Preliminary itinerary and hotel brochures will be sent upon receiving a deposit and completed Registration Form. A Final Itinerary and Travel Packet will be sent 3 weeks prior to departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
For your protection and peace of mind, Trip-Cancellation-Medical Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Fully paid deposits and final payments are not refundable under any circumstances. IBS offers comprehensive travel protection insurance from Travelex Insurance Services. A booklet describing services and coverage will be included. Cost is paid directly to the Insurance carrier.
NOTE: Travelex covers pre-existing conditions provided the plan is purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment. Notice must be in writing if travel insurance is not taken. The itinerary is subject to change.

Ireland Behind The Scenes (IBS) acts only as the agent for the tour participant with respect to all hotels and other matters of reservations and tour operation. We and our agents accept no responsibility for any air travel, loss of passports or airline tickets, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, expense or liability caused by the defect of any vehicle or negligence or default of any independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. Nor do we accept responsibility for any losses or delays arising from lack of insurance, air travel delays, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, disability, injury or broken bones arising from a fall or accident, machinery breakdown, transportation accident, quarantine, government restraints, acts of war, acts of terrorism, weather conditions or acts of God. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the tour participant, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated and as described in the itinerary. We reserve the right to use photographs taken during any tour for marketing purposes. Tour members who do not want their images used are asked to identify themselves at the beginning of the tour. We are not responsible for items/gifts purchased while traveling, their content or their delivery and bear no responsibility for these items. We reserve the right to substitute itinerary, services, features and hotels of similar quality without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case the entire payment will be refunded without any further obligation on our part. We likewise reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any tour participant at any time without being under any obligation to assign any reason therefore. In the event of the exercise of this right, we shall be under no liability to such person(s) except to refund such amount as our absolute discretion deems reasonable to attribute to the uncompleted portion of the tour. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour. Baggage is carried at the owners risk entirely. The tour participant agrees, on behalf of himself, his dependents, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to abide by the above conditions and to release and hold harmless Patsy Brady Malone, owner/host and Chris Allen, co-host/driver guide, Ireland Behind The Scenes and any of their hired representatives, from any and all liability for any delays, damage, loss, injury or death occurring in relation to this tour. Any payment constitutes agreement by the individual tour participant with the terms and conditions contained in this itinerary.
